When Ji-na, a bar hostess, turns up dead in her apartment, a professor with whom she was having an affair is arrested instead of the real murderer, her ex-boyfriend. Overcome by guilt, the ex-boyfriend tries to commit suicide in her apartment, only to discover wiretaps set up by Ji-na’s neighbour who has been secretly admiring her. If matters weren't complicated enough, it seems that Ji-na owed a substantial amount to a loan shark and he is determined to get his money back...



Korean filmmaker Park Myung-rang made his auspicious debut as a director with a short work in 2002, I'm Sorry, and quickly confirmed his talent in the Memories sketch for the omnibus film THREE (2002). In 2008 he authored the screenplay for ROMANTIC ISLAND. AN ETHICS LESSON marks his directorial debut in features.
