MWFF Opens Its Doors to Film & Journalism Students

Tuesday August 6, 2013

The Montreal World Film Festival has announced that film and journalism students, from all cinema schools and universities, will be eligible for free admission to its screenings in all sections (except for opening and closing evenings). The Festival has created a special pass for students in these fields and eligibility for this pass will depend on proper credentials.

By offering free accreditation to students in cinema and journalism, the MWFF is supporting the emergence of new talent in film and media and is reemphasizing its fervent commitment to the future of the seventh art.

"Cinema Student" and "Journalism Student" accreditation forms are available on the Festival web site: www.ffm-montreal.org
