KODAK IMAGING AWARDFor the Best New Canadian Student Director, presented by Kodak Canada Entertainment Imaging. The winner will receive a camera and $4200 of film
CAMP by Alexis Mitchell (York University, Ontario)

BEST ANIMATION PRODUCTION :

PETITES CHIMÈRES by Gabrielle Authier, Philippe Grenier, Edith Jorisch, Jean-François Sauvé, Antoine Turcotte (UQAM, Montréal)

BEST DOCUMENTARY PRODUCTION :

HOTEL ALPHA MIKE by Ryan Alexander (Sheridan College Institute of Technology, Ontario)

BEST EXPERIMENTAL PRODUCTION :

 CHERS AMIS by Geneviève Dulude-Decelles (UQAM, Montréal)

BEST FICTION PRODUCTION :

NO WORDS CAME DOWN by Ryan Flowers (SimonFraserUniversity, Vancouver)

Special mention to:
MARGARET AND THE DOLLHOUSE by Sophie Jarvis (SimonFraserUniversity,Vancouver) for the art of storytelling.

 

The Jury was impressed with the entire selection from SimonFraserUniversity, particularly with the art of storytelling.

The members of the Student Film Festival Jury were:
