REPUBLIC OF GOD by Meelad Moaphi (York University, Toronto)

BEST FICTION PRODUCTION :

A MOUTHFUL OF DYNAMITE by Matt Sawatzky (Simon Fraser University, Vancouver)

Special mention:
SEVEN GENERATIONS by Craig Becker (Sheridan College, Ontario)
