DESCRIPTION OF TASKS

WELCOME AND SERVICE TO FESTIVAL ATTENDEES

information assistant for festival goers
participation in the accreditation procedure
reception of Festival guests
vidéothèque assistant

Qualities needed include facility of communication, enjoyment of public contact and ability to converse in French and English; knowledge of a third language is a particular asset.

PRESS RELATIONS AND COMMUNICATIONS

assistant in the Festival's press and communications department
assistant in the press office

These positions are of particular interest to bilingual students in communications and public relations. Knowledge of a third language is a particular asset.

PRODUCTION AND LOGISTICS

assistant to the production coordinator during installation of the Festival site
assistant to the coordinator of exterior sites to assure the smooth running of events
welcoming assistant during special events (press conferences, opening and closing nights...)

Flexibility and resourcefulness are the qualities we seek. These positions will be of particular interest to students who enjoy working outdoors.

SPONSORSHIP

assist us in the management of sponsors' visibility at different Festival venues

Good interpersonal skills and ease of communication are two desired assets.
