When family and friends arrive for the funeral of her husband Dewey, Dolly Mott is surprised to find them distracted and surly. It seems she scheduled Dewey's funeral at the same time as the Super Bowl. She solicits a solution from the mourners but the one they offer is not what she had in mind.

Paul Quarrington
Novelist, playwright, screenwriter and amateur magician Paul Quarrington won the Governor General's Award for Literature for his book Whale Music, and the Leacock Humour Medal for King Leary. He won a Genie for his screenplay of PERFECTLY NORMAL (1990, dir. Yves Simoneau). He has authored several stage plays and scripts for episodes of the TV series Due South and John Woo's Once a Thief. He was writer and co-producer of the CTV drama series PowerPlay.
