A chronicle of the daily life of policewomen and social workers in one of the special police stations for women and children in Managua. Women, girls and boys come to the station to talk, to file charges and to demand their rights. And the men come to defend and justify themselves and to argue. The camera follows along, bringing us closer to the intimate and complex face of domestic violence, breaking the law of silence that often conceals it and allows it to reproduce. |
