A fish tells us this story, a fish spawned from the aquatic magma dating from the beginning of the world. One rainy summer night, 25-year-old Bibiane Champagne hits a man with her car head on. The victim, a 53-year-old fishmonger, whom she abandons on the pavement, manages to get back home where he dies peacefully in his kitchen. But Bibiane's life degenerates into chaos. Just as she risks her life to erase any trace of her deed, she finds herself being given a second chance, a rebirth emanating from the waters of the river. This dialogue between life and death, between earth and water, will reach its conclusion when Bibiane meets the person who will alter her destiny.
