In the course of a single night, Manuel's life changes completely. A 35-year-old Monterrey public relations executive who seems to have everything going for him, Manuel must now confront the death from AIDS of his dear friend Juan. Still in the closet himself, Manuel must repress any signs of mourning to keep from revealing his own sexual tendencies to his rich mother or the family maid. In a posthumous letter, Juan asks Manuel to carry out his last wish. In doing so, Manuel gets himself involved in a murder and he lives through a sinister night filled with mysterious people, unexpected encounters and unsuspected solutions.
