Dir.: Tali. Born in Buckingham, Quebec in 1964, Tali studied graphics at Dawson College in Montreal and at the fine arts schools of Toulouse and Perpignan, France. Back in Montreal she directed her first film at the National Film Board of Canada, a one-minute animation which led to the production of "Under the Weather". |
