| Né à Lowicz, Pologne, le 3 octobre 1942, Krzysztof Wierzbicki étudie la philologie anglaise et la sociologie à l'Université de Varsovie. En 1969, il devient assistant du grand documentariste Kazimierz Karabasz, et en 1972, celui de Krzysztof Kieslowski, notamment dans LA CICATRICE (1976) et CAMERA BUFF (1979). Il réalise, en solo, de nombreux documentaires dont: "Dialogues" (1979), "The Third of the Jury" (1985) et "A School for Eagles" (1995).
| Born in Lowicz, Poland in 1942, Krzysztof Wierzbicki studied at Warsaw University before apprenticing with Kazimierz Karabasz in 1969. Three years later Wierzbicki joined with Kieslowski, becoming first assistant director on such films as THE SCAR (1976) and CAMERA BUFF (1979). Wierzbicki's own directorial credits include: "Dialogues" (1979), "The First Exam" (1981), "The Third of the Jury" (1985) and "A School for Eagles" (1995).
