Gabi, une jeune voleuse marginale, voit en Carmina, femme de ménage alcoolique et au chômage, la femme de sa vie. Gabi l'encourage à devenir quelqu'un de meilleur pour prendre soin d'elle et lui procurer tout ce dont elle a besoin: de l'amour, un foyer, de la chaleur humaine, et le sentiment d'être quelqu'un dans la vie. Pour arriver à ses fins, Gabi joue de sa personnalité, et lui fait miroiter une superbe paire de chaussures vert marbré... 		PASAJES

Gabi, a marginal young thief, sees in Carmina, an alcoholic, unemployed maid, the woman of her dreams. Gabi tries to convince Carmina to become this marvellous woman who will take care of her and love her, providing her with all she needs: love, a home, human warmth and the feeling of being someone in life. Toward this end, Gabi uses her strong personality and a splendid pair of green shoes... The characters in PASAJES are miserable dreamers who try to survive in a world they have themselves created. They deceive each other under the influence of the stronger character, Gabi, a manipulative young woman who's always looking to get from others what she needs to satisfy her own welfare.
Né le 22 janvier 1968, Daniel Calparsoro entre en 1989 au Pratt Institute of Art and Design de Brooklyn, New York, pour étudier les Beaux Arts. En 1990, il est à la Tisch School of the Arts (département cinéma) de l'Université de New York, où il suit pendant deux ans des cours de critique de films et d'écriture scénaristique, tout en réalisant plusieurs courts métrages. En 1993 et 1994, il tourne divers vidéoclips à New York et à Madrid. Sa filmographie comprend: "Masturbazioa", "Sindrome Rufus", "Manuel, His Wife and Videotapes", "La Playa", "Fedorak" et "W.C.", réalisés entre 1990 et 1992, et SALTO AL VACIO (présenté au Festival de Berlin et au Festival des films du monde, 1994).
Born in Spain in 1968, Daniel Calparsoro studied film in New York at the Pratt Institute of Art and Design and at the Tisch School of the Arts of New York University. While at the latter, he directed <\n>several shorts including "Masturbazioa", "Sindrome Rufus", "Manuel, His Wife and Videotapes", "La Playa", "Fedorak" and "W.C." Calparsoro went on to direct numerous videos in New York and Madrid. He directed his first feature, SALTO AL VACIO, in 1994 (shown at the World Film Festival).
