When a cabbage farmer takes a break from cutting rows of vegetable heads, he falls asleep in his armchair. In his dream he enters a surreal world where he meets his nightmarish mother-in-law, his son and newlywed daughter. The encounters are tainted by his long-suppressed feelings towards them. |
| - David Stewart possède un studio de photographie à Londres depuis 1984 et a participé aux campagnes publicitaires d'Electrolux, de Sony et d'Air France. "Cabbage" est son premier film.
| David Stewart studied photography in Blackpool, England and apprenticed with several photographers before setting up his own studio in London in 1984. He made commercials for many production companies and (with designer Wesley West) founded the independent production house, The Shed. "The Cabbage" is his first film.
