LA MUJER DEL ETERNAUTA (THE ETERNAUTA'S WIFE)
Argentine artist, Héctor Oesterheld created the famous comic strip "El Eternauta" in 1957 but he ended up a victim of the military regime in the 1970s along with his four daughters. Elsa Sánchez, his widow, never shared her husband’s radical ideology. She wanted him to give up politics so that his life and that of their daughters would not be at risk. Thanks to her courage and perseverance, Sánchez survived her personal tragedy and that of her country. Today she is willing to talk about those distressing events.
Adán Aliaga
Born in San Vicente del Raspeig, Spain in 1969, Adán Aliaga studied at the Centre d'estudis cinematogràfics de Catalunya in Barcelona. Selected filmography: LA CASA DE MI ABUELA (2005), ESTIGMAS (2009), ESQUIVIR Y PEGAR (2011), as well as co-direction of KANIMAMBO, also showing in this year's MWFF.
