Uptight math teacher Brenda Roberts finds that her students are mocking her prudishness, and her husband claims she's sexual dysfunctional and has filed for divorce. Determined to give the lie to her accusers, Brenda calls a telephone dating service and leaves an ad for a discreet encounter, but the liaison doesn't go the way either she or her date had expected.

-- Seth Poulin began his career in Montreal as an editor, title designer and experimental filmmaker. He has written and directed numerous shorts and music videos, including Requiem and Fur. He completed the Directors' Lab at the Canadian Film Centre in 2001.
