A Chinese ghost story emerges from the mouth from a small boy, Chi, as if he is seeing and singing his own future. A young North American university student of Chinese origin wanders into a karaoke club with his girlfriend, where a young thug bullies him into a singing competition.
Karl Raudsepp-Hearne
-- Karl Raudsepp-Hearne studied film at Concordia University in Montreal and took a graduate degree at the University of Nanjing. He has written radio plays for the CBC and directed several short films, including Sunday Dinner (1999), Lonania (2000) and The Gym (2001), shown at last year's Montreal Student Film and Video Festival.
