Anna Tchernakova, Georgine Strathy
-- Trained as a director at VGIK, the prestigious Moscow film academy, Anna Tchernakova has worked as an artist, writer, film director and producer since 1993. Her directorial credits include several shorts, dramas, a documentary and one feature, THE CHERRY ORCHARD. Georgine Strathy graduated from the Ontario College of Art & Design and began her career as an advertising illustrator. She learned animation in Hollywood and London and came to the National Film Board of Canada where she co-directed Children Speak in 1996.
