VARIOUS POSITIONS
College student Josh is on track for law school and a career in his father's law firm. As his family prepare for their traditional Passover celebrations, Josh hits a speed bump in the form of alluring, sensual, edgy, troubled, artistic, and not quite Jewish, Cheryth. Things heat up at the dorm and at home as Josh is suddenly questioning his faith, his father and his future plans. Passion and his new love collide head-on with family values. On campus, Cheryth and Josh hang onto a roller-coaster relationship, and at Josh's home, where Passover celebrations are in full swing, questions of identity, loyalty, love and how to conduct life in a modern world are raised along with the traditional ones of Seder night. Josh will have to find his own way of reconciling these apparently conflicting desires.
