Synopsis
A year since his band's last tour, Christian no longer opens his door. Isolated in his loft, Christian now spends his days getting high and remembering Layna, the girl who left him as his addiction spiraled out of control. Determined to get her back, Christian finally begins to overcome his demons. Unable to play or write music, however, Christian begins to doubt his own talent, leaving him at odds with some influential people. He finds himself on the verge of losing it all. But, just as memories of his past appear to be catching up with his journey toward recovery, his life takes another abrupt detour.
Director
Montreal filmmaker Jon Deitcher founded Endorphin Films in 2003. Self-taught, he has edited and directed numerous television shows, including Fatal Vows, Brave New World with Stephen Hawking and Bomb Hunters. LONG GONE DAY marks his directorial debut in features.
