Synopsis
As a career boost, Hannah, a young German woman, goes to Israel to work in a home for mentally and physically handicapped people. Well-meaning and eager to prove herself, she is a bit taken aback by the brusque, informal attitude of Itay, the Israel social worker who is her liaison. He baits Hannah with Holocaust jokes and comments on German history, all the while openly flirting with her. Initially offended, she slowly begins to become more interested in both German history and the history of her own family. Not to mention the man who set her onto this past of self-discovery.
