Synopsis

Boy meets girl. He insists that he fell in love with her at first sight, but she does not believe him. Slowly, as they walk through the night in Madrid, they share their desires, secrets, and maybe a few little lies. A romantic comedy? Not quite. There is a twist in their tale. Reality intrudes. This is no longer the romantic world of movies but the harsh one of psychological games and power struggles -- the battlefield of the sexes. In short, the real world of relations between young people today...

 

Director

Spanish director Rodrigo Sorogoyen began his career writing scripts for television, In 2007, at 25, he directed his first film (together with Peris Romano): 8 DATES. He has since directed many episodes of Spanish TV series: Impares, Impares Premium, Vida Loca, La Percera de Eva, Fragiles. STOCKHOLM is his solo debut as a director in theatrical films.
