Synopsis

Tite Gogya, a young driver, is involved in a road accident. His two victims are lying in the hospital, one of them in a coma. Tite is immediately arrested and imprisoned. His fate depends on their recovery. While Tite's attorneys are replaced one after the other, he is moved to a psychiatric hospital for prisoners and undergoes a regime of psychological and physical coercion, including gratuitous violence and torture. He is at the mercy of a grossly inhumance system.

 

Director

Born in Tbilisi, Georgia in 1981, Archil Kavtaradze graduated from the Faculty of Fine Arts and Film Directing at Tbilisi Javakhishvili University with Untitled (2002) as his diploma film. His directed his first feature, SUBORDINATION, in 2007. Both films, as well as DISORDER, are based on Kavtaradze's personal experiences.
