Synopsis

Ojas, 4, lives in a forest in South India among elephants. She owes this childhood to her mother, who left behind an academic career in London in search of her identity.

 

Director

Born in Britanny, France in 1960, Philippe Gautier was assistant director from 1978 to 1995 on numerous feature films, documentaries and commercials around the world. His 1999 feature, HATHI, produced in Canada by Rock Demers, competed in the Montreal World Film Festival. Other credits: Old Elephant Route (2000), Elephas Maximus (2004, TV mini-series), Pondicherry (2006).
