Synopsis
A young magistrate moves to the south of Italy. She is shocked by the violence, the cruelty, the killings that the local Mafia men project all round. Even the youngsters aren’t spared. The bosses’ wives are as hard as nails and they won’t talk or betray their powerful husbands. Still …could it be that they have a soft spot for their own children? Removing custody of their children by claiming that they are at risk... could that be a way to have them come round and cooperate?
Director
After graduating in film history from La Sapienza University in Rome, he launched his career as a writer and director in theatre, then emigrated to television as a writer and story editor. He made his directorial debut in 2000 with a short, To porto dentro, followed by Ti voglio bene assai (2006). In addition to directing shorts and TV, he has published a novel this year, Ten Days.
